How to Return or Exchange an Item?

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days from date of Parcel Delivery. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

You can request a return or exchange within:

  • 7 days for returns
  • 7 days for exchanges

What can be returned?

  • Items that are defective or wrong
  • Items with color issues or that you don’t like (with some exceptions)
  • Item have Size issue

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Mode Of Refund

  • Online Payment Orders: Refunds are typically issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. This could be a credit card, debit card, or digital wallet. The refund process usually takes a few business days for the funds to reflect in your account. We also refund through Google Pay or Bank transfer to the account details provided by the customer.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Refunds for COD orders are generally issued through bank transfers. The seller will typically ask you for your bank details once the refund is approved. This ensures the money goes directly to your account.

Return exceptions

  • Custom stitch products
  • Custom printed T-shirts are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
  • Bulk orders exceeding 10 items (only 30% returnable)
  • You can exchange your order only once. Exchanged products cannot be exchanged again.

Return process

  1. Submit your return request following the instructions above.
  2. You will receive approval within 2-4 days.

Choose one of the following return methods:

  • Self-ship to our address (full refund)
  • Arrange pickup with us (Rs 150 handling fee deducted from refund)(Shoot Reverse pickup video for Reference )
  1. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.
  2. Only the product price, excluding shipping charges, will be refunded.

In some cases, our logistics partners may not be able to pick up return orders from certain pin codes due to serviceability issues. In such situations, you will be required to self-ship the product to our return address.

Order Marked Delivered But Not Received – What to Do?

  • If your order is marked as “Delivered” but you have not received the product, please inform us via email at support@vpbro.com within 24 hours of the delivery status update.
  • If you report the issue after 24 hours, our logistics partner will not be able to investigate the case as per their policy.
  • Once we receive your email within the specified time, please allow 7 to 15 working days for the logistics partner to complete their investigation. You will need to wait for the final outcome of this process.

This is a standard part of our order and delivery policy.

Notes: 

1) No Refund for Tampered/Opened/Altered Parcels:

We cannot process refunds or returns if the customer has accepted a parcel that is tampered with, opened, or shows any signs of alteration, including any tape applied outside the package. Please inspect the parcel carefully before accepting it.

2) Mandatory Video Proof for Incorrect Product Returns:

  • If you wish to return a product due to an error in fulfillments (either full or partial order), video proof is required. The video should clearly show the product(s) in question, including any discrepancies or damage, and the condition of the packaging.

Conditions for returns

  • Items must be returned in good condition.
  • Items must have all original tags, boxes, and packaging.

Shipping costs

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • The original shipping charge will not be refunded.

Cancellation Policy

How to Cancel an Order?

  • You can cancel your order within 5 hours of placing it by:
    • Emailing support@vpbro.com with your order number and reason for cancellation in the subject line
    • WhatsApp to +91 9585956622 with valid reason and Order Details.
  • Cancellations cannot be made after the order has been moved for procurement.
  • Cancellation not Accepted at any Point Once Your Order Shipped.

Order cancellation refunds

  • If you cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it or before it is moved for procurement, you will receive a full refund within 7 days.
  • Orders that are shipped cannot be cancelled, but you can return them following the return policy.

Order cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances

  • If your order cannot be processed, procured, or shipped due to unforeseen circumstances, your order will be cancelled, and you will receive a full refund.
